Challenge
A new land development has begun off the shores of Lake Keowee, SC and the project team needed to attract potential buyers. The project team wanted a marketing piece that could effectively tell the story of the Cottages while giving the viewer a sense of their elegant, restful setting. The team needed a product that would produce substantial results while working within their limited budget.
Solution
DesertedRoad Studios produced an alternative approach to the common virtual walkthrough, differentiating the Cottages as a unique build in an already congested, yet slow real estate market. Various elements, including photos and hand drawn sketches, were combined to construct an eCatalog.
The project team and DesertedRoad Studios mutually felt that an eCatalog would be the most viable solution by substituting the eCatalog for a full web site while eliminating the costs for print collateral. This also created a media that could be easily incorporated and tracked through e-mail marketing. Furthermore, DesertdRoad Studios produced an alternate copy of the brochure, removing any references to the builder and/or agent, for inclusion in MLS listings.
Result
The Cottages of Bell Grove now has a branding piece that captures attention in a saturated market. The development presentation is clearly articulated, delivers a strong brand identity, and facilitates simple distribution all while engaging potential clients.
